1-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor, fully renovated in 2003, practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, TV and electric heater. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Balcony. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Double sofa bed (1.20 cm) for 2 children or 1 adult included in the rental price. Ceiling fan.
Apartment block, 3 storeys. In the centre of Sevilla, in a central position. In the house: lift. Public car park at 300 m. Grocers 200 m, restaurant, bus stop 100 m. Situated in the old town of Seville, approximately 1 km from Giralda and the Reales Alcazares.
