The accommodation

Our spacious holiday home in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife has a living space of 90 square meters on two floors and a 60 square meter south-west terrace.
The house is very fully equipped so you won't go wanting.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with direct access to the 60 sqm south-west terrace, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet.

On the sun terrace with exotic plants such as hibiscus, jasmine, gofio, banana trees etc. you can enjoy the sun well into the evening even in winter. There is a large patio table with 4 comfortable chairs and lounge chairs.

On the upper floor you will find the two colorful bedrooms, of course with shutters to darken.

From the larger bedroom "Rojo" you have access to a beautiful sunny balcony.

The bed (180 x 200 cm) has new, firm latex mattresses. This bedroom has a very spacious wardrobe and a safe.

The bed in the "Naranja" bedroom is 160 x 200 cm and has a firm foam mattress.

The spacious daylight bathroom has a large shower.

Setting

The semi-detached house is located in Las Rosas, a suburb of Las Galletas, a residential area in which mainly locals and residents live.

Las Galletas is a fishing village with a small, quiet beach and several bars and restaurants.
It is approx. 5 kilometers to the bright sandy beach Las Vistas in Los Cristianos.

On the Costa del Silencio you will find what you want for a holiday in the south: Over 300 days of sunshine a year, around 350 rain-free days and a mild, non-irritating climate that lives up to Tenerife's name as the island of eternal spring.

HOLIDAY RENTAL RULES
Complying with the rules of the vacation rental is a requirement of the contract. Failure to respect the following points may result in penalties such as loss or reduction of the deposit.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

a) All guests (and anyone else visiting the property) must adhere to the rules of this vacation rental and other instructions provided by the owner Jurgen and Karina during their stay, and

b) Guests must notify the owner / manager of any dispute and / or complaint from the neighbors immediately.

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

a) This property is suitable for children. The guests will be fully responsible for the safety of the children who accompany them throughout the stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood;

b) Guests and their visitors should keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents of the area, especially during the hours when they may be sleeping (for example, from eleven at night to eight at tomorrow), and when they arrive and leave the property;

c) Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and time, and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction, the loss of the amount paid for the entire stay and a reduction of the deposit;

d) Guests and their visitors are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.

3. VISITS

a) Guests are allowed to host a maximum of 4 guests during their stay.

4. USE OF THE PROPERTY

6. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING

7. SAFETY

a) Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that the windows and doors

b) Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy. They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when they are not in the house.

8. JACUZZI / POOL (IF APPLICABLE)

a) The pool / jacuzzi can only be used between 8:00 and 21:00.

b) For safety reasons, the use of glass objects near the pool is not allowed. In case of not complying with this rule, part of the deposit will be reduced.

c) Guests must supervise any infant or child when using the pool.
