Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Exit to the balcony. Bath/bidet/WC. Balcony 6 m2. Facilities: washing machine, iron. 15 steps to the 1st floor. Oil radiators. Sun terrace 30 m2.
Terraced house. In the centre of Olivares. For shared use: grounds 200 m2 with trees. Terrace, garden furniture. Public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 70 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km. Seville 15 km (buses every 20 minutes). Grounds and terrace shared with the owner.
