4-room house 65 m2, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and radio. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 small room 7 m2, without wardrobe with 1 double bed and air-conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer). Hip bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine, iron, logs (extra). Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). 80 litre boiler. Iron.
House. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Olivares, in a quiet position, 60 km from the sea. Private: grounds 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2, plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 01.05.-30.09.) with built-in steps. Pergola (33 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Sandy beach 60 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 1 km. Centre of Olivares, bus stop, restaurants, grocers, 1.5 km. Main access gate to the garden has a remote control.
