3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor: living/dining room 22 m2 with electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and electric heater. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, electric heater. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 60 m2 partly covered terrace 16 m2, covered. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Reserved parking. The wardrobe for the room with bunk beds is in the hallway.

2-family house. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Palomares del Rio, 80 km from the sea. For shared use: grounds 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 15.06.-15.09.). Outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue (swing). Parking in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Santa Justa Sevilla" 12 km, sandy beach 80 km. Golf course 4 km, tennis 3.5 km, sports centre 300 m. The owner occasionally lives on the same grounds (apartment below with separate entrance).
