The accommodation
Beautiful seafront villa with direct, private access to the beach from the garden.
The property consists of a large living room with entrance hall, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds), 3 shower rooms with toilets and 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
There is a beautiful exterior area with a terrace ideal for lunch or dinner facing the sea, as well as a well-maintained garden (1,200 m2) with flowers, a lawn, and shaded areas.
There is a garage for one or two cars and free parking on the street.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area close to local shops.
Setting
The house is about 300m from the marina of Puerto Cabopino where you can find cafes/restaurants and various water activities. The coastal path along the beach allows you to walk to Marbella in one direction and Fuengirola in the other without having to use a car to discover the coastline. The most famous places in the area are Marbella (15km), Fuengirola (14km), the port of Puerto Banús (24km) and Málaga (45km).
