The accommodation

This bungalow is about a 25-minute walk to the center of Playa Blanca and close to Playa Dorada with its turquoise and calm waters, a popular place among residents.

This quiet property consists of 3 bedrooms with a double bed in the main bedroom and 3 single beds in the other two bedrooms.

It also has two bathrooms (one on each floor with a shower), so that our guests are more comfortable during their visit.

Tebar Beach has sea views from the top floor terrace and a main terrace with a private pool.

The pool has a thermal blanket to maintain the temperature and seek the comfort of our client. It also has a heat pump that is activated at a cost of €15/day if the client requests it to keep a temperature between 24ºC-26ºC maximum. you will need to cover him with the blanket at night to keep him warm.

It has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, ceiling fans in two other bedrooms, TV with international channels, safe, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, water heater, oven, toaster and kitchen utensils.

The owner is exempt from all liability for any accident of a minor or major nature that may occur in the whole house. Likewise, minors must be supervised at all times by an adult.

Setting

Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave on the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades it has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of interest for those who visit the island.

A small sandy beach located in the heart of the town gives its name to the place. With a marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to becoming a point of interest not only for tourism but also for culture, whose port allows a maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
