4-room house 350 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 40 m2 with open fireplace, TV, satellite-TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with hatch. Shower/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), shower/WC. Terrace 16 m2, terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Solarium.
Holiday development "Monte de los Almendros", built in 1970, renovated in 2000. 3 km from the centre of Salobreña, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Paddling pool. Tennis, table tennis. Private: garden 800 m2 flowers and trees. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking by the house, individual garage. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course 8 km. House situated at 300 m above sea level.. Views of Sierra Nevada, Salobrena and its castle. The shared area is 1 km from the house. Urbanisation is on sloping grounds.
