Eco-friendly house near the sea for 4 people

The accommodation

Our holiday home is in Marina di Ragusa and is about 250 meters from the Irminio Nature Reserve and its beach.
It is ideal for families or friends who want to spend a cheap and fun holiday together, but also enjoy the serenity and tranquility of a comfortable country house.

It is an eco-sustainable house: with a photovoltaic system, we independently produce the entire electricity requirement.
It comfortably accommodates four adults plus two children up to three years of age, who will be provided with a cot and a camping bed, provided they are indicated at the time of booking

Access is also possible for people with motor disabilities, for whom a special bathroom has been created.
There are no extra beds.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels changed weekly and pets are allowed.
The holiday home has every comfort and all rooms are air-conditioned.

It is composed of:
-A bright kitchen complete with all necessary appliances and every utensil;
-Two reserved double bedrooms;
-A comfortable living room with sofa and Smart-TV, placed next to a romantic fireplace;
-Two spacious bathrooms, equipped with shower, one of which is equipped for people with motor disabilities.

There is also a large terrace, from which there is a splendid view of the sea and the entire Nature Reserve, which can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night, being equipped with a gazebo, tables, chairs, a barbecue, umbrellas, deck chairs and a large and comfortable hammock.
Here, during the day, you can have breakfast or lunch, sunbathe while lying in the hammock or on the deck chairs, protected by large umbrellas, while, in the evening, you can dine cooking on the grill in the barbecue or, in complete comfort, bring home all the food you want from the various delivery.
At the exclusive disposal of guests there is a free private parking for one car.

Each apartment is equipped with:

- "Lavazza a Modo Mio" beverage machine in capsules suitable for preparing coffee, tea, ginseng, chocolate, etc;

The neighborhood is very quiet and finding us is very simple:

Those who have a navigator like TomTom just need to type «gravina, Ragusa, Rg» and, without any other indication, they will arrive about 100 meters from its entrance.

In addition, the day before your arrival, you will be sent all the directions to reach us easily and safely.

Check-in: from 16:00 to 18:00.

Check-out: at 10:00.

What to visit:
Marina di Ragusa, with its beaches, its services and its nightlife, is about 1.2 km away and can also be easily reached by bicycle;
The Irminio Oriented Natural Biological Reserve;
The beaches of Donnalucata, Punta Braccetto and Punta Secca;
Ragusa Ibla, for its late 18th century Baroque style, the setting for the episodes of Inspector Montalbano, with the Cathedral and its urban fabric, the scene of continuous events and cultural events of all kinds;
Donnafugata Castle, with its eighteenth-century architecture, its gardens and its rooms, full of precious furnishings full of history.
