3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor, very comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with satellite-TV and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, freezer). Bath/WC. Electric heating. 2 terraces 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Lovely view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. 3 ceiling fans. The apartment has electric radiators in the bedrooms, in the bathroom and in the living room.
Urb. Las Fuentes: Apartment block. Above de Almuñecar, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre. For shared use: swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Sandy beach 2 km. 2 swimming pools available: one all-year and the other open from June-September.
