The apartment is on two floors and has ceiling fans, ceramic hob, shutter, toaster and electric cafetiere. Access to the apartment via 15 steps.

House "Urb. Los pinos", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Almuñécar, on top of a hill. For shared use: terrace (15 m2), barbecue. Parking in the grounds.
