The owner´s comments
Nice apartment in a private house with separate entrance and access to garden and pool.
The pool is only shared with the owners of the house. From the terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea, the Andalusian coast and mountains. Quiet and safe.
The owner has additional rooms if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with terrace access. Close to several golf courses.

Nice holidays at Villa Falter de

(regarding a stay in August 2010)
We spent our holidays for the 3rd time at Villa Falter.
The family is very nice, cordial and hospitable and we feel there at home.
We can use everything that we want without any limitation.
There is a beautiful garden and a private swimming-pool where we swam even at night.
Next to the rented apartment is a terrace where we had breakfast or drank wine in the evening. We are sure to spend the next holidays at Falters’ house again.
The place is also very interesting. The distance to the sea is not so far, only 3-4 minutes on foot.
Furthermore there is a tennis court next to the garden where we played after relaxing for free.
And when just relaxing became kind of boring we did a drive in the mountains because it is very near, too.
We are looking forward to the next holidays there and greet family Falter :)
