The accommodation
A beautiful country style property located on the outskirts of the hilltop village of Bedar. The villa sleeps 6 people.
The entrance, through the garden and terrace areas lead to the east facing pool, with views overlooking the village and across the Mediterranean Sea.
The front porch/terrace area is the perfect alfresco dining, with an early morning breakfast to enjoy the sunrise over the Mojacar coastline.
The open plan lounge and kitchen is bright and airy with large patio doors opening to the front terrace. The double height ceiling, gives the sense of space with an upstairs balcony overlooking the lounge.
The kitchen is country style, fully equipped, with a large family table and access to the back porch and gardens.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, air con unit and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the front garden, and access to the private pool. A shower room is also on the ground floor.
The tiled staircase from the lounge leads to the overlooking balcony with a large panoramic window with views to the distant Mediterranean Coast. There are two twin rooms upstairs, the main one with direct access to a large terrace overlooking the pool. Both bedrooms have aircon units and fitted wardrobes.
The family bathroom is on this level, with bath.
