This complex has 9 villas comprising of 2 and 3 bedrooms. It has a garden area of 1000 sqm (approx.), with an oval swimming pool of 8 x 4m approx. and also has sunbeds. The complex is situated 600m from Burriana beach. With restaurants, bars etc...

Prices are based on a 2 bed villa. Enquire within for a 3 bedroom.
A deposit of 30% is required when booking to secure the reservation and the balance falls due 8 weeks before departure. If booked within the 8 week period, then the total amount would be payable.
On arrival you will be asked to pay 150 Euros security damage deposit - this will be refunded on the day of your departure as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

To all who never been in Nerja, it's a fantastic place to be. Love the village and surroundings.
The apartment was perfect, no surprises, even more than we expected. I will recomend it to everyone. You have averything you need there and with the advice of Adela and Nono we get to eat in very nice places, including tapas! Enjoy..
