The accommodation

The house is part of the Valtocado Urbansiation.
It is a traditional style villa with private pool and superb views of the mountains and sea. It is very peaceful although all the hustle and bustle of the coast is just 8 kms away.
The house is spacious, on the main floor is the sitting room , kitchen, terrace, wc and master bedroom with ensuite. there are two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. There si access to the garden from the lower floor too. The tower floor has the 4th bedroom, a double room with a Wc.
There are 2500 metres of natural garden, with olive trees, fig trees and other regional plants. The views are impressive and on a clear day one can see over the sea to Africa.
We consider it to be an ideal house for a family holiday. The urbanisation and surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful.
A car is necessary, the villa is 3 kms from Mijas village. There is a bus which stops just 100 metres from the house but it is very infrequent.

The villa is part of the Valtocado Urbanisatiion, on the mountainside looking towards the sea, 3 kms from Mijas village and 8 kms from the town of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.
