The accommodation

Villa overlooking the sea and the island of Aire. A stone's throw from the splendid white sand beach of Punta Prima, very popular with the Menorcans.
A true seaside resort, Punta prima is very famous for its sweetness of life.
The beach house has a large enclosed courtyard and a covered terrace with sea views.
Inside, you have all the comforts you need with a living room with open kitchen and two carefully decorated bedrooms.

The exterior has a large terrace of 24 m2 where you can enjoy your meals outdoors while admiring the sea.
It continues to the side of the house and reveals a barbecue area.
To the left of the house is the famous horse road called Cami de cavalls where you can walk to Salgar and around the perimeter of the island!
The living room with open kitchen has been completely redone to satisfy comfort and modernity.
The interior has been well thought out with lots of light, storage space and air conditioning
Television and internet are provided. The washing machine is a plus.

Setting

The first time you come to Punta prima from Sant lluis, you are won over!
At the top of a small coast, you discover the bay of Punta Prima with its turquoise water bordered by its large white sand beach and in the distance the island of Aire.
You just want to put down your suitcases and go swimming and admire the sea!
this is what La Maison sur la plage offers you.
From its covered terrace, you will have your meals or a refreshment while admiring the sea and you can go to the beach or on the coast along the Cami de Cavalls or walk in the main street which runs along the coast in less than 2 minutes !
the sea access is directly in front of the house and the shops around the corner!

Activities and attractions

In the village of Punta Prima, a few minutes from the house on the beach, you
will find shops, restaurants, markets and all the shops of a seaside resort.
A bus stop takes you to Mahon, the capital, from which several Bus lines allow you to travel around the island to discover its 196 beaches.
By taking the coastal path (the famous Cami de Cavalls), you can reach
Alcaufar, a small secret cove then S'Algar with its sunbathing facilities, restaurants and its diving club.
