Setting

Altea la Vella can be defined as the Costa Blanca most perfect holiday destination. It lies 1.5 km from the sea. There are no hotels in this village. There is a microclimate as it results in a ideal operating base for cyclists, walkers and golfers.

To the foot of the mountain Bernia (800m) lies the old Altea, on a hillock. The church and the white rural houses are typical for this region.
