This terraced house is located just a few steps from the North Beach of Peniscola.
On the main floor we have a spacious entrance with private parking and covered terrace leading to a living room with open plan kitchen, a guest toilet and a back terrace with barbecue.
Going up the stairs we find the two spacious bedrooms, one of them with a large terrace and a bathroom with shower.

The house is in a communal street, in a gated entrance.

Less than 1 min walking distance to the beach. You can park on the private parking on the driveway of the property or in the street.
