The accommodation

One and two bedrooms apartments on a luxury complex directly from the owner. We have various apartments at this same complex.

On the one bedroom apartments sleep up to 6 people. We take more that 6 people by request. (60 sq. m. size of an average two bedroom apartment in Benidorm).

On the two bedroom apartments sleep up to 8 people. We take more than 8 people by request (80 sq m, large size apartment).

The complex were rated 3 STARS PLUS (3***+) by THOMSON Holidays. Thesse apartments are of a superior standards, better services and quality that the ones offered by Thomson holidays. Save 60% over Thomson (Skytours) holidays and First Choice. (Not available with them for this season). SKY SATELLITE TV DIGITAL BOX. English tv channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Sports, Movies + many more). LARGE FLAT TV. ASTRA German satelite channels available on request.

Complex is at only 5 minutes walk from the main british area of bars and restaurants. Between 5 to 15 minutes walk from main night clubs area (The Square). British and spanish bars and restaurants on same street of the apartments. Just next to the complex there are shops, supermarkets, bus stops, farmacy, etc.
Situated at the must popular beach of Benidorm (LEVANTE BEACH). Near bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, indoor and outdoor markets, etc.

The beach (LEVANTE BEACH) is at only 300 metres of distance (4 minutes walk). A McDonal’s, a Burger King and a KFC on the street of the apartments: Calle Londres (London street).

Situated just before the prestigious hotel PALM BEACH, and near the must popular and best 4 stars hotels of Benidorm (FLAMINGO OASIS, MELIA hotel, LEVANTE CLUB hotel, DYNASTIC, PELICANOS and OCAS hotel, FLASH hotel, REGENTE, PORT BENIDORM hotel, etc…).

Thesse apartments have the bigest swimming pool of all the hotels and apartments of Benidorm. And one of the more beautifull urbanitations of Benidorm. The complex have 4 buildings (nearly 400 apartments: Vacanza Building, Tower Montecarlo, Tower Monaco and San Marino Building) Full a square of streets.

Caribbean style swimming pool. Kids pool (supervise by lifeguard). The apartment has a big terrace (12 sq. metres) sunny all day, with a large garden table and chairs. A beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the swimming pools, ideal for al fresco dining. Excellent GOLF Courses just out side Benidorm.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.

A damage deposit of 60 to 100 euros (depending ot type of group) is required on arrival. This deposit will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property, and confirmed keys have been returned.
