The apartment is very bright and is situated in the historical center, a charming and quiet area. It is near the Church "Nossa Senhora da Anunciação", Marina, gardens, park Marechal Carmona, the Sea Museum, the Cultural Centre of Cascais, Paula Rego House (famous Portuguese painter) and the Hippodrome Manuel Pessolo. The building is very quiet. It is ideal for a couple or couple with two children. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a building with three floors, has a bedroom with a double bed and two armchairs that convert into beds (these can be placed in the room or in the room). The kitchen is equipped. Has TV and internet. Have a garage. The train station is 1 km, nearest beach 300 meters.

Cascais is a charming town and light, situated on the Atlantic Ocean, with about 33,000 inhabitants.
There is a promenade along the sea, approximately 3 km, which leads from Cascais to Estoril, in this route can find bars and restaurants.
There is another walkway going from Cascais to Guincho (surfer's beach), about 10 km along the Atlantic Ocean.

Very nice for walking or cycling to boating, golf or tennis, etc..
It has beaches in the town. It has many cafés and restaurants to experience the very nice Portuguese food or eating a delicious grilled fresh fish or to enjoy the sunshine.

Close to golf courses. In the center of town can request free bicycles.
There are buses that run through the village and leading to the beaches of Guincho. There are buses that take to Sintra (Unesco World Heritage).
There is a train that leads to Lisbon (30 minutes trip) in a nice ride on the seaside.

Has much trade and people are very nice.
It's a very inviting place for couples and families.
