1-room house 60 m2, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and radio. Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 14 m2, porch 20 m2. Deck chairs (2). View of the sea and the mountains. Decorated with paintings and original objects, antique quality furniture, built in Canarian style. High wooden ceilings and covered in red tiles.
La Sabinita 2 km from Arico Viejo: Comfortable house, built in 1997. 100 m from the centre of La Sabinita, in a secluded position, 6 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: grounds 10'000 m2, garden 140 m2 (fenced) trees. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Terrace, garden furniture, parking in the grounds. Shop 2 km, grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: car essential. House situated 500 m above sea level.
