4-room house 200 m2, rustic furnishings: living room 25 m2 with skylight with satellite-TV, stereo unit and DVD. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm), bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with skylight, without window with 1 double bed (135 cm). Dining room 16 m2. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Terrace 40 m2, terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The property is next to a banana plantation.
Casa Barreto 1 km from Puerto de la Cruz: House, renovated in 2002. 1 km from the sea. Linen change weekly. Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Parking by the house.
