Villa in a quiet residential area in Xabia, Urb Toscal-Toscamar, 5 minutes in car far from Arenal beach, for a max of 7 person.
Nice views to Xabia valley and to the Montgo mountain. Beautiful and private garden with swimming-pool.
Threes bedrooms. Kitchen with washing machine, microwave. One bathroom and one shower-room.
