The Apartment is situated in Paseo de Gracia 115

An 80 sq metre flat on the 4th floor (really 5th) with a 15 sq metre terrace.

Fantastic views, a lot of light and very little noise.

A 1901 building which was fully renovated in 2003, and the apartment was used for the first time in March 2010. Caretaker. Aluminium exterior windows with double glazing.

Equipped with electrical appliances, televisions, plates, sheets, towels.... 1 double rooms with a TV, 1 twin room, complete bathroom, a lounge-dining room with a TV and DVD. A fully equipped kitchen. Safety deposit box, satellite TV, WI-FI and water, electricity and gas included.

These are no smoking apartments.
