"San Vicente de la Barquera", with 3 kilometres of sandy beach, estuary,
and a few kilometres away from the "Picos de Europa".

The apartment is located within a gated and very quiet neighbourhood,
with garage, gardens and beautiful views. The house occupies 105 m2 and
55 m2 terrace. All rooms are exterior and the terrace faces the South.

The views overlooking "Barquera" Bridge, the Castle, the Church of
"Nuestra Señora de los Angeles", and beyond that the magnificent "Picos de
Europa" Mountains.

In this natural setting, and with all the comforts of the apartment,
your holidays will be unforgettable.

** In July and August: The minimum rental period is two weeks. (reservations a week will be met, if they are available from 1 June). The inputs and outputs will be held on Saturday.

*The price of rent for more than 4 people, has an added cost of 10 € per person per day. (Children under two years free)

* Prices include use of a bath towel, bidet and hand per person per week, plus a set of sheets for each bed.

* The final cleaning costs are included.

* We asked for a deposit while paying rent total of 200 €, which is fully refunded if, after checking the apartment, it is like to enter.

* For booking is requested 30% of the total. If you cancel the reservation less than 30 days, forfeit the right to recover that amount.
