Exit to the terrace. 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm), heater. 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), heater. 1 room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 150 cm with 2 beds, shower/bidet/WC and heater. Exit to the terrace. Small terrace 18 m2, large terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Nice view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking (fenced). Solar panels. Please note: to pass from the living room to the single bedrooms, guests have to go through the room with bunk beds and the double bedroom. The single bedrooms have direct access to and share one of the shower/WC.

Narrow motor access. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 4 km, The closest beaches are "Escornotell" 4 km and "Cala'n Porter" 7 km. The house is a typical Menorquian building. A part of the grounds is dedicated to growing crops. The swimming pool is located 50 m from the house.
