Apartment located in the residential area Torrequebrada. There is a distance of 200 m. to beach area. It is by the Shopping Mall and Puerto Marina, bar and restaurants area.

(regarding a stay in March 2011)
We accommodated into the apartment shown in the pictures and we were very pleased with it. It has a great view from the terrace (sea side and Mountain View) and a market (Mercadona) is located very close to the apartment. Is very close to the beaches and the bus station. You can take the L-2 Bus for the train station and the city center. As the above commenter, it is not only 500 m from the train station (maybe only if you have a gps and you take the little streets). On the boulevard the road is longer. The apartment was clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, we were very pleased with this accommodation and the owner.

(regarding a stay in December 2010)
The owner was flexible and managed to start the rental two days before the planned period. Apartment was good, although we had to clean it at first. Coffee machine and cooking hob were missing. The train station was at least 2,5 km away, not 500 m.
