Open kitchen (oven) with warm air heating and boiler (75 litres). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 32 m2, terrace 8 m2. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the sea. Access to the apartment via 15 steps. Electric water boiler with a 75 lt capacity. The 2 terraces have panoramic views of the swimming pool.

Cala d'Or: Apartment block. In the district of Cala Serena, on a slope, directly by the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn 120 m2, trees, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, 01.05.-30.10.). Public parking on the road. Restaurant 350 m. Golf course 4 km. Please note: car essential. Apartment house in the forst row to the sea, on an incline, exclusively for families with children. Sandy beach at "Cala Serena," 50 m, direct access via staircase. Grocers shop, 400 m (in summer). Close to a private club where there are daily leisure activities etc.
