The accommodation
Nice apartment located on 6th floor completely renovated and furnished. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one of them exterior and overlooking the sea), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with comfortable sofa bed and large terrace overlooking the sea. In addition, the apartment has Air Conditioning in the living room.
The building is located on the first line of Velilla Beach. It is complemented by Swimming Pool (open from 16/06 to 15/09) and Tennis Court.
Along the playa de Velilla you can find all kinds of shops: restaurants, beach bars, pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, small supermarkets ...
Option to hire WIFI in the apartment (FOR A FEE). Garage Space Option (FOR A FEE).
Pets are not allowed.
The Reception Office is located in PASEO DE VELILLA Nº15. Our schedule is from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. On weekends from 10:00 to 13:00.
In the winter months electricity consumption is not included in the price. (Only for stays of more than one month)
