The accommodation

The accommodation offers two bedrooms with 5 beds, the first is a double bedroom with velux, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second is a triple room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed that can be used as a single or double if combined with the other bed, a normal window, two wardrobes and a desk.
The bathroom is located at the end of the entrance corridor before the living room and includes a shower, a toilet, a sink, with cabinet, and a washing machine.
Finally, the kitchen area connected to the living room offers a small electric oven, a microwave oven, a sink with the rubbish stored underneath, electric burners, wall units equipped with pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need.
In the living room there is a three-seater sofa, positioned under the Velux, a coffee table for newspapers and magazines and an armchair. In the middle is the dining table, which seats 6 but can also be extended for 8 or more.
near the sofa there is a fireplace, with a flue, and next to it is the television positioned between the fireplace and the main window of the room.
The accommodation is located at the end of via Baradello, on the right, inside a condominium made up of 3 buildings, in particular the apartment is on the top floor of the "Valtellina B" building. Just outside there is a large external car park which allows easy accessibility to the house, and very close by there is a garden with children's games.

The area is just outside the center of Aprica, a very convenient location for the Baradello ski resorts, just 8 minutes walk from the latter. the center is around 15 minutes away. The area offers various ski facilities including those of Magnolta, or for the little ones the "Campetti" Ski Area.
During the Christmas period, Aprica is the perfect place to ski but also spend a few quiet days in the snow, with several refuges easy to reach and a Christmas market located in the centre. In the summer, however, it is the perfect place to take long walks in the mountains or visit the Alpine eco-faunal observatory.
