The apartment, renovated in 2022, located on the mezzanine floor and with private entrance, has a garden, divided between sleeping area and living room.
The apartment has six beds. New bathroom with Sardinian turquoise wax shower.
It has a large living room with two sofa beds, open kitchen with induction plates, oven, kettle, equipped with dishes and equipment; covered veranda, double bedroom overlooking a large garden, where there is solarium and reading area.
There are air conditioning, washing machine and TV.

No parties or events are allowed in the apartment.
