The accommodation

Our vacations house is composed from two graceful apartments (totally renewed in 2010) with independent entrance in our private villa in which we receive our guests with kindness and friendliness, we are glad to help you with tourist and travel information.

The house is equipped of a lovely garden and it is situated in the more residential area of Ostia lido. Our apartments from 60 mq, is well furnished and equipped is composed from one big bedroom with double bed (160mx200m), one room with a double sofa (160mx200m) and the kitchen, one bathroom with shower.

Setting

The vacation house is conveniently located just few steps from the metro stop that provide fast connection with the center of Rome (tickets just 1 Euro), only one metro stop away from the archaeological ruins of Ancient Ostia, just 10 minutes from Fiumicino International airport “Leonardo da Vinci” and 5 minutes from the beaches. Is the best idea for who is oriented to a seaside vacation at about 25 minutes from the center of Rome.

Activities and attractions

Ostia Lido is the Rome's beach and one of the most fun, young and green area of Rome. Ostia is set between a nice pine-forest “Castelfusano” and the seaside. More than 15 km of beaches equipped with all comfort where you can do all summer activities (Canoe, Sail, Surf, Kite-surf, Kayak, beach volley, beach tennis) then fine restaurants, pubs, clubs, shops will gladden the people on vacation.

* 150 Eur of deposit is requested as guarantee. (from 1 week stay)
* If the apt is left dirty you have to pay 50 Eur for the housekeeping
