The accommodation

Bright and quiet apartment, comfortable with lovely views and a large balcony terrace, on the 4th floor of a private residence with surveillance service and 24-hour reception. The common areas include two swimming pools (a large pool and a paddling pool for children), a tennis court, an exotic garden, a solarium with shower and deckchairs. The apartment is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with international channels, a high-speed wifi connection and a washing machine. You will also find everything you need to cook and you can choose to eat outside or inside according to your desires.

Setting

The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, the busiest and most attractive part of Maspalomas, right on Avenida de Tirajana, one of the city's main communication arteries, but in a quiet and safe area. The famous Yumbo shopping center is only 5 minutes walk away, the Cita 10 minutes, the famous dunes of Maspalomas and the beach 15 minutes. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and several bus lines stop right at the door. All the necessary daily services are also available nearby such as banks, supermarkets, health services, etc. On the ground floor of the building, three economical and very practical restaurants are open every day of the year.

Playa del Inglés is renowned for being the most entertaining and sought-after seaside resort in Gran Canaria, with its many shopping centres, its natural assets such as its endless fine sandy beaches, which stretch for several kilometres, its parks and gardens, its many popular festivals spread throughout the year such as Carnival or Gay Pride. Take advantage of its exceptional climate to swim and sunbathe in all seasons because it's summer here every day. Playa del Inglé also offers a beautiful cultural diversity. Many monuments, museums and emblematic sites are only a few minutes away without forgetting the magnificent capital of the island just 45 minutes by car. It is also possible to practice many sports including cycling, hiking, golf and water activities.
