The apartment is new and it consists of 4 double street view rooms (14.26m, 10.55m, 9.88m, 7.88m), hall (23.68m), 2 baths (5.63m, 3.73m), 3 balconies, kitchen (11.81m), receiver (3.87m), laundry room (2.03m).

Setting

It is the only building to 100m of the beach with swimming pool (all the other swimming pools are of hotels). Also it has storage room for bicycles. The whole apartment with modern furniture of brand design of aluminum (vinçon, pilma...). It is not an only holliday apartment for a few days, it is a luxury, like your own house. There has 2 FlatTV 48 inches , DVD/Hard Disk, videocamera, Hi-fi, network wifi/3G.

Center area (old calm fisherman chatted), available parking lot nearby, unbeatable familiar local neighbourhood with children, infantile swimming pool.

The center of the city of Barcelona, it is only to 87 Km to the south of Tossa, where to be able to visit, in only one day trip with going and return, Gaudí monuments like: The Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Milá House, La Pedrera, Batlló House, etc.

- The apartment has 2 TV, Playstation, DVD-HD, HI-FI, WI-FI, electrical Coffee Saeco Machine, Video camera, Osmosis system, 2 AA,…
- The prices are for occupations of a unique familiar unit. If you are groups or special cases, consult conditions.
- Deposit 400 euro with cash-back at the end of period, less 90 euro cleaning service at the end if it is a familiar unit. If it is a group of people, 350 euro of deposit per person with a minimum of 2500 euro and 200 euro of final cleaning (maximum 6 individual people if they are not families). Also, we will reduce 15 euro per person, as service of sheets and bath towels. The hiring of sheets and towels is Obligatory.
- If the entrance or the exit, is on Sunday (outside high season) or is made at night will ne a extra charge of 50 euro.
- It is NOT an apartament for groups of many single young people. There are many beads (11 beds) to be able to receive visits, and to even remain any day, but IT IS NOT an apartment where it is possible to be comfortably more than 8 together adult people. Any doubt just consult.
- During July and August the minimum stay is of 2 days without including weekend.
