10-room house 300 m2 on 3 levels, rustic furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and video. Living room. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC, hip bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 bed. Living room. Exit to the balcony. 1 room, without wardrobe with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Top floor: living room 60 m2. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The large attic room is very sunny, with beams and wooden floors. Cleaning is extra. Pets are allowed but only outside in the garden).
Farm estate "La Venta de Casamaría", from the 19th century. 75 km from the centre of Santander, 32 km from the centre of Potes, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea. Private: grounds, garden with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Covered parking. Grocers 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.5 km, bakers 1.5 km, sandy beach "Playas la Franca y Pechón" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course 4 km.
