Hi dear clients. I think this little property I own is wonderful to spend a holiday next to nature, beaches, sun, and it is well placed near to villages and harbours with fine dining and activities,, why go on, I am looking forward to giving you all details when you are here.
Quite location at 5mn of beautifull village where silece and nature are my surroinding. I enjoy thesituation close to beaches and ningt life.
Diversity is the main caractere of this location. The landscape is beautifull, there are many little road and one of muy favourite is a 20mn walk to the monastery on top of the hill from where the panoramic view show the beauty of the island.
As I am concern aboooout well being I enjoy the 60sq metres salon like a loft, bige space make me feel good. While I am eating on the terrace I love to plan the next plantation, flowering and grwing vegetables in the garden as well as decorating are making the place unique.

(regarding a stay in July 2011)
After one week in Palma we came to this nice house and it was very easy for us to relax and feel good. There is a calm athmosphere and lots of personal details and we liked it. Santanyi is a beatiful town with lots of small shops, cafe's and restaurant's and a lovely square. The house is placed pretty close to several nice beaches. The owner of the house is helpful and gave us some very good tips. We can absolutely recommend this wonderful place.
