2-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 17 m2 with 1 double sofa bed, satellite-TV and radio. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 2 m2. Facilities: washing machine. Parquet floors. Balcony with lateral view of the sea.
Urb. Los Pinares: Apartment block, 3 storeys. 75 m from the centre of Liencres, 9 km from the centre of Santander, 2 km from the sea. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, 01.06.-30.09.). Paddling pool. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 75 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 10 km. Please note: main road 25 m from the property.
