San Lorenzo de El Escorial, world Heritage town, at 45' from Madrid.

In the old town, at 200 meters from Monastery of S. Lorenzo of the Escorial and in front of the Forest and Golf Course of La Herrería, charming seaside resort area.
Sunny area most of the year (near there are 2 satellite tracking stations).

S. Lorenzo the Escorial Monastery was a important place during the Spanish Empire, being the residence of the Spanish Emperor Felipe II, whose empire extends to America (the whole South America, the whole America Center and parth of north America –Florida-, a important territories of Europe (Spain, Netherlands, Germany and part of Italy –Sicily and Naples-) Asia colonies(Philippines islands) and Africa (Canarias Islands). Later was usually the Autumn residence of other kings.

In S. Lorenzo the Escorial Monastery are buried all the Spanish kings since the oldest world Nation was founded more than 500 years ago. Monastery was concibed like a small city (university, school of professions, monastery, museum, library, church, pharmacy, pantheon, official king residence, etc.

S. Lorenzo the Escorial usually has been residence of artist (Isaac Albeniz), philosophers (Ortega y Gasset), writers or painters.

Second floor -no last- in chalet with beautiful views, all exterior, facing south.

Climalit,individual gasoil heating in winter and awning in summer.

Fully furnished and equipped. Furnished and clothing with lamps, tables, mirrors, coat racks, curtains, drapes, blinds, etc ... except decorative objects.
Whole kitchen set, 2 bedroom sets for room, 2 bathroom sets in each.

It is possible to replace the double bed for two individual ones -tell before-. It`s possible to get un extra clean service.
