Nice house with large garden and spectacular pool (private), located in Urb Santa María de Llorell. (private beach), BBQ, 2 car parking, lounge, dining room with sea view, kitchen, living room, 2 toilets with shower, 2 double rooms, 1bedroom with bunk beds and one individual.big terrace with nice views at the top of the house.

* A few meters from a supermarket, 2 restaurants, bus stop 20m Tossa de Mar (2km) and Lloret de Mar.

Setting

Located in the urbanization of Santa Maria de Llorell, with 24 hour security barrier, this development has a private beach, the beach of Santa Maria is quiet and family. The complex has a small supermarket is 60m.

Activities and attractions

Besides being a wonderful place to relax it offers one of the best beaches of the Costa Brava.

Tossa de Mar is 2km from and it all services, shops, resturants, bars, supermarkets, primary care service. Lloret de Mar is just 7,5km, it offers all services aswell
