* 30% deposit. The rest of the amount should be transferred 7 days before arrival.
* PayPal payments will increase the price in 4%.
* 300 Euros deposit for one rented week. Deposit will be used to repair damages caused to the house, furniture, electronic devices and decorative elements. The rest will be given back one week after leaving.
* 450euros deposit for 2 weeks rentals.
* 600euros deposit for 4 weeks rentals.
* 10% discount for reservations made 60 days before arrival.
* Great discount for long term renting.
* The apartment is available from aprox. 16:00 the day of arrival.
* The apartment should be left clean and before 11:00.
* The price includes all what is necessary for living in a house: bed sheets, towels, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, etc.
* Daily cleaning of the house can be ordered for 12€/hour.
* Changing of each set of bed linen and towels will have a surcharge of 12 Euros for each set. One change per week included in the price.
