Very windy, by: a traveller, 20/Aug/2006.
Xeraco beach is good, but the other reviewers forgot to mention the very windy beach in the afternoons - especially in June and July-hang on to your stuff it is very windy. Empty ? -just go in August and see most of Madrid there!! it is the beech the Spanish go to for the annual break. And September -it is closed!!!- the chiringuitos are closed first week of september

We stayed in Xeraco early August 2004. Lovely beach, very clean, not at all crowded. Can recommend beach bar 'Bamboo' wonderful sitting on beach in evening, children playing in sand, whilst we had a chilled beer!

Beautiful beach; cleaned every morning in season, not at all crowded whenever I have been there admittedly not in July or August recently

First class beach , by: a traveller, 07/Apr/2004.
even in high season there is plenty of room on the beach, which is kept really clean. The sea is normally great to swim in with little danger, just the odd jelly fish!
