We had a wonderful week in this lovely remote house. Beautiful views from the terrace and lots of walks straight from the house through woodland and up onto open hills. Felisa and Juan, the owners, (and their daughter and son-in-law) were incredibly hospitable, bringing bread each morning and giving us produce from their vegetable garden. The approach road (4.5 kms) is very rough but perfectly manageable in a normal car as long as you take it slowly. Lots of free-roaming horses, vultures above, and other wildlife to be seen and heard. San Sebastian (Donostia) within easy reach for a day trip. Great local restaurant 10 mins drive from the end of the track. We would highly recommend this house!

In 2011 we spent 2 weeks in summer in this wonderful house. The garden is a dream - as well as the house.The owner is a lovely person who lives in Pamplona, but the house is so well kept, is does not matter that she was only there for arrival.If you love hiking you are perfectly set. The ground is huge and leaves a lot of space for the children to play.Unfortunately the weather was not so nice and we did several day trips to Pamplona, San Sebastian, the desert and many other places.Be aware the house is very remote, you need to travel to restaurants, supermarket etc. by car.
