We stayed in this apartment for four nights with 6 adults and 3 small children. It is a really spacious apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of living space - plenty of space for the children to run around. There was a childrens playground right outside the front door. the owner was very helpful showing maps of the area etc. The location of the apartment was perfect - across the road from place d'espana. would definetely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for group accomodation in madrid. just to confirm though - there are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. There is another space that can be used as a bedroom but it is a room off the main living area and can convert into a sleeping area at night time. lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc on the doorstep and the bus stop for the open top bus tour of the city is also outside.

This is a very nice apartment. Fully equipped, very warm and functional. The metro stop is quite near from the house, there are a lot of buses going to the center, well connected. The only negative thing is that the Kitchen is quite small for 10 people. But anyway great staying and the owner very smart and helpful
