Very clean, very close to the main city, parking space great, very comfortable, lots of room, great location, I enjoyed my stay, the owners are very good people.

This trip was about exploring Ponta Delgada, and Patricia's apartment was the perfect launching point for that. Just a few steps to the corner, and off to my right was the entire harbor. You babies who don't like climbing staircases be forewarned -- old town PD buildings are charming, but when going between floors you do get your exercise. The apartment is clean and bright, and everything I needed to prepare microwave or stove top meals was at hand. Bedroom is on level 2; both levels had a bath w/ shower. March in the Azores is usually rainy, and this year was no exception, w/ nights cool & damp. The apt. has a portable heater in the downstairs closet, and this was perfect for taking off the nighttime chill. Patricia is a gracious and helpful host, and the price of the apt. surely can't be beat.
