It is situated 5 minutes behind Motril. There is a large private pool of 8 mtrs long x 6 mtrs wide.This property is ideal arrangement for families or groups wishing to holiday retaining their own privacy.
The property has its own gated entrance with car parking. The flowers and fruit trees surrounding the house are all organically grown and the land surrounding the Finca and belonging to it is still retained as a productive and working farm.
There are many areas both shaded and sunny for relaxing together or to find a quieter spot to read that book you haven´t had time for! There is a large brick built BBQ. The pool has a natural salt system to clore the water.
It has fans in all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. The house has Satellite TV reception (free to air channels) and DVD player.

Parfait, Bien situé. Belle vue Sierra Nevada. Vue sur mer de la terrasse. Très bien équipée. Ne pas hésitez à demander aux ouvriers des serres avoisinantes de baisser le niveau sonore musical dans la journée.

Por fin hemos encontrado un lugar que reune todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones ideales, una casa preciosa, acogedora y muy bien cuidada, una playa tranquila y con un gran paseo maritimo para hacer deporte (playa granada), lugares especiales que visitar a poca distancia (granada, sierra nevada, alpujarras,etc) y sobre todo la hospitalidad de los dueños una familia encantadora que se desvive para que disfrutes de las mejores vacaciones. Un abrazo muy fuerte de vuestros amigos, hasta pronto

Casa muy tranquila, pero cerca de la playa y con posibilidad de excursiones cercanas, como por ejemplo Granada. La piscina, el porche y la barbacoa, fantasticas. Ibamos con niños y disfrutaron de unas buenas vacaciones.

Nous y avons passé deux semaines en aout 2007 et nous n'avons aucun regret. la villa se situe dans un endroit calme. Elle est tres agreable a vivre , notamment la terrasse couverte qui donne directement sur la piscine bordée de fleurs et d'arbres magnifiques, et ou il y a tjs un peu d'air.
de plus les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques, serviables et s'occupent tres bien de la maison et de la piscine.

Esta casa fue de ensueño. No sólo por su situación geográfica, que está muy cerca de playas y a la vez de Sierra Nevada, sino porque es cómoda al ser de una planta. Y a la vez dispone de todas las comodidades. La piscina está rodeada de plantas y flores lo que da paz y tranquilidad. Os la recomendamos.
