Description

A beautiful semi-detached house to rent in Pechón. It has three rooms, one with a double bed, another with twin beds and a third with a trundle bed, lounge with a terrace, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, fridge, cooking hob and microwave. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a shower. Ideal for 6 people. 200 m2 garden, individual heating, garage for two cars.
Cleaned before arrival, sheets, towels, quilts, television.

Pechón is a small village situated on the coast in Cantabria and bordering with Asturias. It is set between two beautiful rias and the beach is 600 m away, 8 km from San Vicente de la Barquera.

A lovely house with every thing you could need apart from a kettle (perhaps an english thing) we really enjoyed this part of Spain and the village and surrounding area and every one is so friendly we cant wait to re vist many thanks.

Nos ha encantado la casa, es super agradable y tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax. Está todo muy cuidado y tiene unas vistas al mar deliciosas,y además está muy céntrica de miles de excursiones.

Cosas negativas : La hierba estaba tan alta que nos ha impedido quedarnos fuera para descansarnos o comer (ortigas).
Las habitationes sentian la humedad (todas las sabanas, mantes ,colchones y almohadas)
En la cocina faltaban vajillas: Solo cinquo cucharillas para seis personas, una vieja sarten, una ensaladera mellada y otra de viejo plastico.
De mas, un escape en el grifo fue reparado por nosotros.
En el comedor, la pequeneza y la altura de la mesa nos han impedido estar bien y sobre todo un... [See more]

Siento que no hayan estado bien en la casa, pero no puedo entender porque todo esto lo comentan ahora y no cuando se fueron de Pechon, ya que ha pasado casi un año. En cualquier caso no entiendo que quieren ahora con este comentario. Gracias

En cuanto a calidad / precio, le doy un 10 de nota. El acceso con coche no es complicado, pero hay que reconocer que la calle no es muy ancha ;-).

Teniendo en cuenta que posiblemente eramos los primeros que nos hospedabamos en la casa desde el pasado verano, pues quitando el olorcillo a cerrado, que en dos días practicamente ya había desaparecido..., estaba todo muy limpio, muy ordenado, y no faltaba de nada (hay sabanas, nordicos, toallas para un regimiento, y todas guardadas en fundas para...
