3-room apartment on 2nd floor, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with electric heater, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and electric heater. 1 room with 1 double bed and electric heater. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven). Bath/WC. Very nice view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine.

Apartment house "RIELLS PARK", on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of L'ESCALA, in a central, busy, sunny position. In the house: lift. Shop 5 m, supermarket 10 m, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 5 m, railway station "FIGUERES" 30 km, sandy beach 10 m. Please note: entertainment in the high season.
