Probably the most remarquable about this ovely townhouse is its location: 10 minutes walking to the beaches and New shopping center and marina, all amenities ( restaurants, pubs, medical center and bus station, sunday market)Private sunroof, patio, large terrace, 2 double bedrooms (queensize bed) with terrace or balcony and 1 single bedroom; 2 baths, a very spacious and lighty kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed Pet allowed ( please, check conditions).The house is fully furnished and equipped ( bed linen, towels, barbecue, tv sat, home cinema, Microwave, iron, hairdry, kettle).

15€/dog/week
Payment details: A deposit of 30% of the total is required on booking with the remainder payable 2 weeks before your holiday.
A 200€ security deposit is required at the entrance for damages wich will be refunded after checking the property.
