We stayed there in 2004 and found the property very nice and clean, ideal location, ie away from the noise, but very close to town and beach. The owners were friendly and helpful, but not "in your face", no problem with privacy. Cedeira is a nice town with good facilites and the country side is fantastic. Lots of lovely little beaches. Bit hilly for cycling and if mobility challenged, may be not the best area of Spain. Restaurants etc prices cheaper than the rest of Spain.
