Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table. Bath/bidet/WC, bidet, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Electric radiator in each room. Glazed terrace, 5 m2.

Torre de Marinha 3 km from Seixal: Apartment house, in the resort. In the house: lift. Grocers, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Fogueteiro" 3 km, sandy beach 12 km. Lisbon, 15 km.
